Shipping Policy
We process all orders and hand them over to our logistics partners within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
During periods of high order volume, slight delays in processing may occur. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure every order is prepared and handled correctly.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you along with the details of the respective logistics provider handling your delivery.

Return & Refund Policy
We aim to ensure every Styr Energy order meets our quality standards. If you believe there is an issue with your order, you may contact our operations team at orders@styrenergy.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
All return or refund requests must include your order details along with clear supporting evidence (such as photos or videos) to help us assess the issue.
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is at the discretion of our support team after assessing the provided information.
If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the shipping cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds (if approved) will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
